“Why can’t the cat and the dog be friends?”
Trainer: Laura Bacci

About the training:

  • Conflict is unavoidable. We constantly need to negotiate and mediate, both in the context of our personal lives and in the workplace.  It’s normal; we’re all different, have our personal opinions/ educational backgrounds/ tastes etc. But is your attitude to conflict the right one? Will you be missing out on the next promotion or end up at your in-laws again next Christmas?
  • Come to this session to take the ‘Coward test’; get an overview of the main conflict resolution models, participate in a hands-on workshop to polish your mediating skills and take away some valuable tips on how to negotiate like a Pro.

After the training you will:

  • Be able to identify a number of negotiating techniques
  • Understand the key parameters that make a negotiation successful or unsuccessful
  • Identify the core skills needed in conflict management resolution and understand which ones you master or should work on to develop further
  • Have learnt some useful tips on how to engage in fruitful discussions and deal with conflict in everyday life

Not only a training session, but much more! After the training, you will also have the opportunity to sign up for a free 60 mins coaching session with Laura and get coached on an issue related to conflict resolution that you’d like to address.
